Role Description This is a full time, on-site Human Resources Recruiter role based in Coimbatore.



The Human Resources Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for various positions across retail stores and corporate functions. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, developing job descriptions, and ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience. The recruiter will maintain and update recruitment trackers, support onboarding activities, and help build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, campus outreach, and referrals. The position also includes contributing to employer branding initiatives, maintaining compliance with company policies and labor regulations, and providing periodic hiring reports and insights to HR leadership.
