Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive will drive new business growth, focusing on identifying opportunities, building a robust pipeline, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. This full-time, in office role based in Noida involves prospecting potential clients, conducting meetings and presentations, and understanding client needs to propose suitable learning and skilling solutions.



The role includes managing key accounts, maintaining strong relationships with corporate partners, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction. The Executive will also track sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic initiatives that support revenue targets and market expansion.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong Business acumen, including the ability to understand market trends, client needs, and competitive landscapes.
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver clear presentations and negotiate effectively.
Proven Account Management capabilities, including relationship building, client retention, and upselling or cross-selling services.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing
