Role Description The Relationship Manager – Banking Sales is a full-time, in office role based in Coimbatore. The person in this role will manage and grow relationships with MSME and SME clients, understand their financing needs, and recommend suitable loan products and banking solutions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new clients,



conducting meetings and presentations, coordinating with bank and NBFC partners, and following up on leads to drive loan disbursements. The role involves preparing and submitting client proposals, ensuring accurate documentation, and monitoring application status to support quick approvals and seamless funding. The Relationship Manager will also track portfolio performance, resolve client queries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards and long-term client retention.
Qualifications
Strong banking sales, business development, and client relationship management skills relevant to MSME/SME lending.
Knowledge of loan products such as working capital, term loans, trade finance, machinery loans, and unsecured business loans.
Ability to conduct financial discussions, understand client cash flow needs, and align them with appropriate funding solutions.
