About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and highly responsible Support Operations Executive who can act as the bridge between the internal team and stakeholders.
This role is not about simply assigning tasks or telling people what to do. We need someone who has a natural urge to get things completed—someone who keeps track of what is happening, identifies delays and blockages, asks the right questions, follows up, and makes sure work actually moves forward.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
Provide clarity to team members when requirements, priorities, or instructions are unclear.
Identify and resolve day-to-day team blockers and escalate issues when required.




Track assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within the expected timeline.
Follow up on pending tasks, understand why something is not completed, and help remove the blockage.
Set and monitor deadlines, reminders, and follow-ups.
Maintain visibility of what each team member is working on and what is pending.
Attend relevant meetings, take structured notes, capture decisions and action items, and follow up afterward.
Cross-check information, requirements, updates, and deliverables before communicating them to stakeholders.
Ensure important information does not get missed between the team and management.
Coordinate with different team members to keep work moving without constant management intervention.
Proactively identify delays, gaps, or potential issues before they become bigger problems.
Provide regular updates on task status, pending work, blockers, and required actions.
