About the Role

Studio Valmika is looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Architect to take ownership of design development and project execution while working closely with the studio and site teams.

Eligibility

* B.Arch / Architecture graduates
* 3–4 years of professional experience
* Strong knowledge of architectural design and documentation
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant 3D/design software
* Experience handling live projects and site coordination
* Strong understanding of materials, construction and detailing
* Good communication and team-management skills

Key Responsibilities

* Leading architectural design development
* Preparing and reviewing working drawings and construction documentation
* Developing concepts,



presentations and design proposals
* Coordinating with consultants, contractors and vendors
* Conducting site visits and monitoring project execution
* Reviewing drawings and ensuring design intent is maintained during execution
* Managing project timelines and deliverables
* Supporting junior architects and interns
* Participating in client discussions and presentations

What We’re Looking For

Someone who can take ownership, solve problems independently and bring both creative thinking and technical understanding to the table.

Compensation: Up to ₹60,000/month, depending on experience, skill set and interview performance.

Notice Period: 3 months
