Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Sales Manager role based in Aurangabad. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee branch sales operations, drive loan and mortgage product sales, and ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets.



Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the branch sales team, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to increase lead generation and conversions. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, lenders, and local partners, ensuring high-quality advisory services and customer satisfaction throughout the borrowing lifecycle. The Branch Sales Manager will also be responsible for reporting branch performance to management, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and supporting process improvements.
