Role Description
We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Engineer who is looking to learn to become Windows Server & Hosting Support Engineer to join our local and cloud-hosting operations team.



The ideal candidate will manage, support, and troubleshoot Windows based apps, Windows-based environments used for QuickBooks (QB) hosting, TR hosting, and other application hosting workloads. You will work directly with clients, resolve technical issues, maintain server health, and ensure a secure, stable, and high-performance hosting setting.

Key Responsibilities

Local Support
Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals using tools like Zoho Desk, Connectwise etc.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS environments, including tools like Microsoft Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office.
Manage users, groups, and permissions via Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Provide remote troubleshooting using tools like TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or Microsoft Intune.
Diagnose hardware issues and basic network problems (LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN) using tools like Cisco AnyConnect and standard diagnos
