About the Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns with a strong focus on leads, conversions, ROAS & ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads
Manage Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max & YouTube campaigns
Drive lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPA, CPL & ROI
Manage Meta Pixel, GTM, GA4 & conversion tracking
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies and audiences
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
Work with Design, Content & Development teams to improve campaign performance
Manage budgets effectively to achieve business goals

What We're Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
Proven experience managing campaigns with measurable results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of paid advertising and conversion optimization
Ability to manage multiple campaigns/accounts
Robust communication and reporting skills
