Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing daily accounting operations, GST compliance, TDS filings, and financial reporting. The candidate must be well-versed in accounting software and statutory compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and manage sales & purchase entries, invoices, and vouchers.
Handle GST return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Manage TDS deduction, payment, and return filing.
Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts regularly.
Prepare monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and expense reports.
Coordinate with auditors for statutory audit and internal audit.




Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Assist in budgeting and financial planning activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
2–4 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, Busy, or similar accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling accounts for EPC or construction companies.
Knowledge of payroll processing.
Familiarity with financial reporting and audit documentation.
