Key Responsibilities:
Set up and standardize Tally Prime company data and accounting formats.
Prepare professional Purchase Order (PO) formats.
Prepare Purchase Quotation / Vendor Quotation formats.
Configure Sales Quotation, Purchase Invoice and Sales Invoice formats as required.
Set up and maintain inventory management in Tally.
Create and manage Stock Groups, Stock Categories, Units and Item Masters.
Maintain item-wise stock inward/outward records.
Set up warehouse/location-wise inventory, if required.
Configure vendor and customer ledgers.
Assist in purchase and sales process integration with inventory.
Prepare stock reports, purchase reports and inventory summaries.
Ensure proper GST, HSN/SAC and tax configuration in Tally.




Train the concerned Duztec employee on the system after setup.
Create a proper SOP/process document for day-to-day Tally operations.
Ideal Freelancer Profile
2–5 years of practical Tally Prime experience
Strong knowledge of inventory management
Experience in manufacturing/engineering companies preferred
Knowledge of GST, purchase, sales and accounting
Experience creating custom Tally invoice/PO formats
Should be able to work on-site initially for system setup and understanding of your process
After implementation, can provide part time/remote support as required.
