Role Description The Senior Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves managing and growing a portfolio of priority clients, providing tailored banking and investment solutions,



and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with clients, identifying their financial needs, and recommending appropriate products and services while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Relationship Manager collaborates with product, credit, operations, and digital teams to deliver seamless end-to-end service and support client onboarding, documentation, and transaction execution. The role also requires active monitoring of portfolio performance, risk management, and contributing to business development initiatives and cross-selling opportunities.
