About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in finance and accounting, with strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, documentation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
Record and maintain financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.
Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
Prepare and maintain bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
Prepare MIS reports and other financial reports as required.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
Verify invoices, bills, expense claims, and supporting documents.
Assist with GST, TDS,



and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for finance-related queries.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Assist the senior finance team with audits and financial requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3–4 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting.
Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
