Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Immigration Consultant – Sales to handle prospective clients, understand their immigration requirements, recommend suitable services, and convert qualified leads into clients.

The role requires solid communication and counselling skills, commercial awareness, follow-up discipline, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining professionalism and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads received through calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Contact prospective clients promptly and understand their education, work experience, language ability, financial background, and immigration objectives.
- Conduct initial client assessments and identify potentially suitable immigration pathways/services based on the information provided.
- Explain immigration programs, eligibility requirements, procedures, timelines, documentation, and professional service charges clearly to prospective clients.




- Convert qualified leads into paid clients by effectively presenting the value of the company’s services.
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other approved communication channels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads until conversion or closure.
- Handle client objections relating to eligibility, fees, timelines, documentation, and service terms.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, conversion, and payment records in the CRM or other designated system.
- Coordinate with the immigration processing team after client onboarding to ensure proper handover of the case.
- Ensure that commitments made to clients during the sales process are accurate, documented, and aligned with company policies.
