As a Sales Manager for Jagtial, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth within the Jagtial region. You will develop and implement sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand customer base and achieve sales targets in the Jagtial territory.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
* Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders.
* Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify areas for improvement and competitive advantages.

Job Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve challenging targets.
