Our Global Diabetes Capability Center in Pune is expanding to serve more people living with diabetes globally. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to transforming diabetes management through innovative solutions and Technologies that reduce the burden of living with diabetes.
This position is an exciting chance to work with Minimed’s Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. Required Qualifications and Skill
BE/B.Tech, MCA, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
8–12+ years of QA/Testing experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce (SFDC) testing.
Experience leading QA teams and enterprise Salesforce testing engagements.
Strong Salesforce (SFDC) testing experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Good understanding of Salesforce test automation concepts (Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools).
Hands-on experience with Test Planning, SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and Defect Management.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
