Company Description Dr. Morepen Home provides healthcare services including doctors, nurses, pharmacy and labs - delivered directly to patients’ homes, typically within 60 minutes of booking.

We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to help build the customer acquisition and growth engine for Dr. Morepen Home.

You’ll work at the intersection of healthcare, growth, AI, automation, data, and product.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

You should be able to take a growth idea, build the funnel, connect the tools, launch it, measure conversion, and improve it quickly.

What You’ll Do

* Build and optimize patient acquisition funnels
* Improve lead-to-booking and repeat-care conversion
* Run Meta and Google experiments
* Build WhatsApp, CRM, calling, and follow-up automations
* Set up attribution, tracking, and growth dashboards
* Connect systems using APIs and webhooks
* Build landing pages and rapid GTM experiments
* Use AI to improve acquisition, qualification, and follow-up




* Identify and test current healthcare acquisition channels

Branch.io, Mixpanel, GA4, GTM, HubSpot, LeadSquared, WhatsApp Business API, Gupshup, Twilio, Exotel, n8n, Make, Zapier, Framer, Webflow, SQL, APIs, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor.

You don’t need to know every tool. You do need to learn fast and build.

Who We’re Looking For

* 1 to 5 years of experience
* Technical + commercially minded
* Strong with data, automation, and experimentation
* Comfortable building without waiting for a large engineering team
* Interest in healthcare and consumer growth

Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, healthtech, insurance, home healthcare, consumer internet, or marketplaces is a plus.

Engineering, CS, product, growth, analytics, economics, and startup backgrounds are all welcome.
