Role Description The Sales & Marketing Manager (International) will oversee and grow Spectra Fuels’ international customer base, focusing on marine fuel and bunkering services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for target regions and key accounts. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities,



managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role involves designing and implementing marketing campaigns, tracking market trends and competitor activities, preparing sales forecasts, and presenting performance reports to leadership. The manager will also attend industry events, maintain a strong professional network within the shipping and bunkering community, and contribute to continuous improvement in customer experience and brand positioning.
Qualifications

Proven experience in international sales, account management, or business development, preferably in marine fuel, bunkering, or shipping services.
Strong marketing capabilities, including strategic planning, campaign development, and brand positioning in B2B environments.
