About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Video Editor to lead the editing of high-impact political content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of political communication, storytelling, social media trends, and campaign-focused content creation

Key Responsibilities

Edit high-quality political campaign videos, speeches, interviews, reels, and promotional content.
Create engaging short-form and long-form videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
Lead and mentor junior video editors to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with content writers, graphic designers, and campaign strategists to execute creative concepts.
Ensure all videos align with campaign objectives,



branding, and messaging.
Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, transitions, and color correction to enhance video quality.
Stay updated with the latest political trends, viral content formats, and editing techniques.
Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines during campaign periods.
Maintain organized project files and ensure proper backup of all creative assets.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other qualified editing software.
Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and visual aesthetics.
Experience in editing political, news, or campaign-related content is highly preferred.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is an added advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight timelines.
Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
