Role Description The BSM (Branch Sales Manager) role is a full time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The BSM is responsible for driving branch-level business growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding the customer base for housing finance products.



Day-to-day tasks include managing and mentoring the branch sales team, developing and implementing local sales strategies, and ensuring high-quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle. The role involves sourcing new business through local market outreach, building relationships with customers, partners, and influencers, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The BSM also monitors portfolio performance, oversees collection activities as needed, and provides regular reporting and insights to regional leadership.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail housing finance, banking, NBFCs, or related financial services, preferably in sales or branch management roles.
Strong skills in business development, market mapping, lead generation, and achieving sales and revenue targets.
