About The Role

As a Technical Frontier Educator, you will make an impact by owning the design, delivery and continuous improvement of full stack technology skilling across entry-level talent and Cognizant associates. You will be a valued member of the Corporate Learning & Development team and work collaboratively with the in-house Frontier Educator ecosystem.

In this role, you will

Design end-to-end technical full stack learning journeys covering frontend, backend, APIs, databases, cloud, testing and DevOps (OR) product specific skills including hands-on labs, capstones and enterprise-grade simulations
Deliver high-impact classroom, virtual and blended technical trainings through live coding, debugging deep dives and architecture walkthroughs
Design and execute technical coding challenges, assessments and real-world projects while providing actionable feedback and mentoring plans
Coach associates from learning to client readiness, reinforcing enterprise coding standards and partnering with business units to ensure learner success




Track skill readiness and assessment outcomes to improve learning effectiveness and contribute to leadership dashboards

Work model

Based on this role's business requirements, this is an onsite position requiring five days a week in a Cognizant office in Chennai, Siruseri, Tamil Nadu.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

Three to six years of expertise in technical facilitation and adult learning principles
Full stack hands-on proficiency in at least one of the programming languages (like Java, .NET, C#, Python, Mainframe) across frontend, backend, database, cloud, DevOps and testing
