About the Role

We are looking for a sharp and execution-focused Content Strategy & Customer Success professional who understands how Business, Design, Marketing and Content come together.

This is not a conventional content-writing role.

You will be responsible for understanding the business, identifying the right stories, shaping content direction, working closely with clients and internal teams, and turning ideas into content that creates visibility, engagement and business value.

You should be someone who can sit with a founder, understand a business problem, convert it into a content opportunity, build the strategy around it and then drive the execution.

What You'll Own
1. Content Strategy & Direction
​Build content strategies aligned with business, brand and marketing objectives.
​Define content pillars, themes, formats, channels and communication direction.
​Translate business insights into strong content narratives.
​Guide writers, designers,



video teams and other creative resources.
​Maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging and storytelling.
2. Podcast & Thought Leadership
​Develop podcast concepts, themes and content direction.
​Research and identify relevant industry topics, guests and conversations.
​Prepare interview frameworks, talking points and episode narratives.
​Work with leadership and clients to convert expertise into valuable content.
​Repurpose podcast conversations into social content, articles, videos, snippets and thought-leadership pieces.
3. Customer Success & Storytelling
​Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business challenges and outcomes.
​Identify customer success stories, case studies and business transformation stories.
​Convert project outcomes into compelling narratives.
​Develop client-facing content that demonstrates business impact rather than simply showcasing deliverable
