frozen foods, including frozen berries, dim sums, momos, and speciality snacks. We pride
ourselves on delivering high-quality, creative food solutions with a robust cold chain
infrastructure. As we expand our product verticals and distributor networks, we are
looking for a driven sales professional to champion our institutional growth.

Role Overview: We are seeking a results-oriented Business development manager with a
strong background in the FMCG Food and Beverage sector. The ideal candidate will have
a proven track record of driving B2B sales, managing key accounts, and unlocking new
revenue streams within the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafes), corporate catering,
and large-scale institutional segments.

Key Responsibilities
• Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new institutional clients across




the HoReCa sector, corporate cafeterias, food service providers, and large-scale
caterers.
• Account Management: Build and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with
key decision-makers (Executive Chefs, Procurement Managers, and F&B; Directors)
to ensure recurring orders and volume growth.
• Product Pitching & Sampling: Conduct effective product demonstrations,
sampling sessions, and presentations for our frozen food portfolio (dim sums,
momos, berries, and bakery pre-mixes) to showcase value, yield, and quality.
• Distributor Alignment: Work closely with existing and new regional distributors to
ensure seamless supply chain mechanics, manage credit terms, and oversee timely
payment schedules.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing
dynamics to provide actionable feedback for commercial recipe formulation and
new product development.
