Role Description The Operational Specialist (FnB Only) is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations. This role includes monitoring outlet performance, ensuring adherence to operational standards, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality, hygiene, and safety. The specialist will track inventory and procurement needs, support scheduling and staffing coordination,



and assist in implementing new processes or projects to improve efficiency. The role also involves collaborating with sales and customer-facing teams to meet service expectations, preparing basic operational reports, and supporting management with data-driven insights for decision-making.
