About the Role
Tradejini Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and support tickets.
Assist customers with account opening, login issues, and general platform navigation.
Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high service standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Educate customers about company products and services.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service quality standards.




Meet response time and customer satisfaction targets.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer-centric attitude with patience and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support, BPO, Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech are preferred.
Knowledge of stock markets or financial products will be an added advantage.
Languages
Excellent English communication is mandatory.
Knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday
8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
