Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Bhuj. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations, including planning production schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring that manufacturing targets are met safely and efficiently.



Responsibilities include supervising production teams, monitoring quality standards, coordinating maintenance activities, and optimizing processes to reduce waste and downtime. The role involves close collaboration with procurement, quality, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and adherence to customer specifications. The Production Manager will also track key performance indicators, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
