About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team in Edappally. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle incoming customer calls received through our IVR system, take orders accurately, assist customers with their queries, and ensure a smooth ordering experience.
The ideal candidate should be confident, polite, attentive, and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer calls received through the IVR system.
Take customer orders over the phone and accurately record order details.
Confirm customer requirements, including items, quantities, delivery details, and other relevant information.
Provide customers with accurate information about our menu, products, services, and offers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Ensure orders are entered accurately and communicated to the relevant team when required.




Follow up with customers regarding orders or pending queries when necessary.
Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to the appropriate team when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order-related information.
Ensure a polite, professional, and positive customer experience during every call.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.

Requirements
Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate clearly.
Good attention to detail, especially while taking and recording orders.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer queries or complaints.
