We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Professional to drive our insurance business expansion across Odisha.

? Key Responsibilities

* Recruit and create POSPs (Point of Sales Persons) across Odisha.
* Increase insurance penetration through effective sales and distribution strategies.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with POSPs, dealers, agents, and channel partners.
* Drive POSP onboarding and activation for Motor & Health Insurance products.
* Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
* Provide product knowledge and sales support to POSPs.
* Identify current markets and expand the insurance distribution network across Odisha.
* Track sales performance and ensure consistent POSP productivity.

? Candidate Requirements





* Insurance industry experience is preferred.
* Good knowledge of Motor & Health Insurance.
* Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
* Experience in POSP recruitment / agency / channel sales will be an advantage.
* Strong understanding of the Odisha market and local dealer/channel network.
* Target-oriented with the ability to work independently and build a strong sales network.
