Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing effective resolutions, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries through an international voice process.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
• Meet defined performance and quality targets.

• Graduates & Undergraduates can apply.
• Freshers & Experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates must be willing to work from office only.
