Our products cater to high-criticality applications across automotive, industrial, and specialized engineering sectors including ratchet pawls, horseshoe profiles, wheel side rings, and custom mechanical components. We are seeking a energetic,



technically accomplished Operations & Production In-Charge to lead our plant operations, drive tool room engineering, spearhead roll pass design, and enforce operational excellence.

Position Summary
• Position: Operations & Production In-Charge
• Location: Navsari, Gujarat
• Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy
• Experience: 6–10 years of hands-on experience in Profile Wire Drawing, Hot Rolling, Bright Bars, or Precision Tool Room & Machining Operations
• Reporting To: Business Unit Head / Plant Head

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
1. Roll Pass Design, Tooling & CAD Engineering
Interpret complex 2D/3D customer engineering drawings, GD&T;, and component specifications to determine manufacturing feasibility.
Design hot roll passes, shaped drawing dies/roll, and forming profiles using AutoCAD and ZW3D / ZW CAM.
Manage in-house Tool Room Operations, including precision machining, set
