Role Description The Back Office Executive – Loans is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. The role involves handling loan application documentation, verifying customer information, and ensuring that all records are accurately maintained in internal systems. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and DSA partners, updating loan status, preparing basic reports, and supporting compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.



The executive will also respond to internal queries, assist in resolving data discrepancies, and collaborate with other team members to support smooth loan processing from application to disbursement.
Qualifications
Solid data entry and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in handling loan files and records.
Basic knowledge of loan processes or financial services operations, with the ability to learn company-specific procedures quickly.
Proficiency in using computers and office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email tools) for day-to-day back office work.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and DSA partners, including clear written and verbal communication.
Good organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks.
Ability to work on-site in Bhopal in a structured office environment
