Role Description: Social More is looking for a highly creative, performance-minded AI Content Creator & Video Editor to produce engaging short-form and long-form content that builds brand awareness, generates demand, and supports revenue growth for Social More and its clients. This is a full-time, remote role based in India.
You will own the content creation process from idea to final delivery: researching trends and audience interests, developing content concepts, writing scripts, creating AI-assisted visuals and voiceovers, editing videos, adding motion graphics, and optimizing content for distribution across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok,
YouTube, and paid advertising channels.
The ideal candidate understands what earns attention online, including hooks, messaging, storytelling, and platform-native formats designed to grow views, watch time, engagement, leads, and conversions. You are comfortable using the latest AI creative tools and models to accelerate production while maintaining strong creative and brand standards.
You will work closely with Social More's marketing, sales, and creative teams to turn client and brand ideas into clear, entertaining, conversion-focused content. This role suits someone proactive, highly organized, technically capable, and excited to experiment with new formats and AI-driven workflows.
