Role Description The Area Sales Manager – Medical Devices is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for work from home. This role involves managing sales operations for assigned territories, building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors, and promoting the company’s medical devices portfolio.



The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and providing training and support to healthcare professionals and channel partners. Daily activities include market mapping, lead generation, forecasting and reporting, monitoring competitor activity, and coordinating closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams. The role also requires regular field visits, participation in conferences or exhibitions, and adherence to all regulatory and ethical sales practices.

Minimum 5+ years of experience is required with Medical devices sales.
Proven experience in medical device or healthcare sales, preferably in Anesthesia, Critical Care, Cardiovascular, or related segments.
Strong skills in territory management, business development, and relationship building with key opinion leaders and institutional customers.
