Role Description The Solar Engineer PM (Suryaghar) role is a full-time on-site position based in the Greater Jaipur Area.



This role involves end-to-end project management of rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations under the Suryaghar program, including technical assessment, system sizing, and PV layout design. The Solar Engineer PM will coordinate site surveys, prepare detailed engineering drawings, oversee procurement and installation, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project timelines and budgets, resolving technical issues on-site, and preparing progress and performance reports. The role also includes client interaction, supporting commissioning and handover, and recommending system improvements to maximize energy yield and reliability.
