Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Tax Manager role based in Navi Mumbai. The Tax Manager will oversee direct and indirect tax matters, including tax planning, tax compliance,



and tax preparation for corporate and individual clients. Responsibilities include reviewing tax computations and returns, monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations, and advising clients on tax-efficient structures and strategies. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, preparing and reviewing tax documentation, supporting tax assessments and audits, and ensuring adherence to statutory deadlines. The Tax Manager will also contribute to process improvement, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining high ethical and skilled standards aligned with the firm’s values.
