Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Executive role based in Srinagar.



The Insurance Executive will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable SBI Life products across protection, savings, pension, and health solutions. Responsibilities include explaining policy features and benefits, supporting customers through the application and documentation process, and assisting with premium payments and policy servicing queries. The role also involves maintaining solid customer relationships, ensuring high service standards, and coordinating with internal teams and distribution partners to resolve issues promptly. The Insurance Executive will work towards business targets, contribute to branch growth, and uphold compliance with regulatory and company guidelines in all interactions.
Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities.
Knowledge of Insurance products and processes, with understanding of Insurance Brokerage practices.
