As we continue to strengthen and grow our operations, we are looking to add an experienced HR skilled to our team.

Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Human Resources to support and strengthen our HR function. The role will involve managing key HR activities across talent acquisition, employee management, HR operations, payroll and statutory compliance coordination, and HR process development.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across corporate and operational requirements.
Coordinate candidate screening, selection, documentation and onboarding.
Work closely with the management and operational teams to understand manpower requirements.

HR Administration & Employee Management
Manage day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
Maintain employee records,



attendance, leave and other HR documentation.
Support employee engagement, grievance handling and effective employee communication.

Payroll & Compliance Coordination
Coordinate payroll-related activities and ensure timely and accurate processing.
Coordinate statutory compliance requirements, including PF, ESIC and other applicable labour compliances.
Liaise with relevant internal teams and external agencies, wherever required.

HR Processes & Management Support
Support the development and implementation of structured HR processes and policies.
Identify opportunities to improve HR systems, processes and documentation.
Provide HR-related reports and support to management for effective decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile
5–8 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably in a generalist HR role.
Graduate / Postgraduate — Any Discipline.
