Maintain valuable relationships with clients and provide regular project updates
• Understand client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution
• Follow up with clients on their queries, requests and concerns
• Collect client feedback and share it with the concerned teams
• Support client onboarding and maintain communication throughout the project
• Coordinate with Sales, Design & Project teams for smooth client handling
• Maintain records of client conversations, feedback and resolutions
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate important issues when required
• Identify opportunities to introduce relevant products/services to existing clients
• Proactively identify potential issues and help resolve them before they become major concerns
