Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Executive role based in Mumbai. The Real Estate Sales Executive will manage the end-to-end sales process,



including lead generation, client outreach, property presentations, and closing transactions. Responsibilities include guiding clients through property selection, conducting site visits, explaining financial and legal aspects of deals, and coordinating with internal teams for documentation and post-sales services. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers, updating the CRM with accurate sales data, and meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Real Estate Sales Executive will also stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and new inventory to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills, with the ability to close deals and meet targets.
Knowledge of real estate markets, property types, and basic financial concepts related to mortgages and investments.
