Company Description Ashlar Design Studio is a custom architectural millwork company specializing in high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality interiors across the United States and Canada. We deliver detailed shop and construction drawings for stone, tile, terrazzo, custom furniture, cabinetry, casework, wall paneling, reception desks, and built-ins. Projects range from casinos, hotels, bars, malls, and schools to luxury homes, lobbies, and corridor flooring, with a strong focus on consistency, quality, and on-time delivery.
Role Description This is a full-time, in office Architect/Interior Designer role based in Delhi, India. The role involves developing architectural and interior design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating millwork, finishes, and layouts for high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Daily responsibilities include producing CAD drawing supporting construction and shop drawings. The role also includes maintaining design standards, aligning work with brand expectations,



and contributing to continuous improvement in design and documentation processes.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, buildable drawings and interior layouts..
Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar), and familiarity with millwork and interior detailing.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a closely related field, with relevant studio or professional experience.
Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret and produce shop and construction drawings for complex interiors.
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to evolving client and project requirements.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery, and manufacturing processes for custom furniture, cabinetry,
