Role : Associate Business Operations

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical, execution-oriented Program Manager to work closely with Customer Support, Silver Category, and strategic cross-functional programs.
The role requires an all-rounder who can combine business understanding, data analytics, stakeholder management, and strong execution to drive programs from ideation to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end execution of strategic and cross-functional programs.
Work closely with Ranjan on Customer Support and Silver Category business & initiatives.
Own project planning, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
Manage stakeholders across Product, Technology, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Support, and Business teams.
Conduct regular reviews, follow-ups, and governance meetings to ensure timely execution.
Analyse business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, opportunities, and root causes.
Build and maintain MIS, dashboards, trackers, and management reports.




Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, cost optimization, and productivity improvement.
Prepare WBR/MBR and leadership review reports.
Proactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive them towards resolution.
Ensure transparent communication and alignment across stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
Support new business initiatives and take ownership of special projects assigned by the team.

Key Skills & Requirements
3–6 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, or similar roles.
Strong stakeholder and cross-functional management experience.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Strong experience in data analysis and dashboarding.
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis/automation.
