Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with corporate partners, educational institutions, and other stakeholders, and driving enrollment growth for academy programs. Daily activities include prospecting and outreach, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating agreements,



and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to align offerings with market needs. The Business Development Manager will also track performance metrics, prepare reports, and contribute to strategic planning for expansion and partnerships. In addition, the role involves representing the academy at events, maintaining a strong local network, and ensuring a high standard of professionalism in every external interaction.
