Job Summary
Oswal Pumps Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and expand its international business operations. The role will be responsible for driving export sales, developing international markets and distribution networks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing end-to-end export operations to achieve sustainable business growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's presence across international markets.
Identify, develop, and capitalize on new business opportunities with overseas customers, distributors, and channel partners.
Drive international sales growth and achieve export business targets.
Manage end-to-end export operations, including order processing, shipment coordination, documentation, and timely execution.
Ensure compliance with DGFT regulations, customs procedures, Foreign Trade Policy, and other applicable international trade requirements.




Handle export documentation, including Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees, INCOTERMS, and other EXIM-related processes.
Coordinate closely with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth and timely execution of export orders.
Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve customs clearance, logistics, documentation, and delivery-related issues.
Build and maintain solid relationships with international distributors, channel partners, freight forwarders, and CHA agents.
Analyze international market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic decision-making.
Manage key international client accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Develop and strengthen global distribution and channel networks to support business expansion.
