Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, client outreach, and qualification of prospects for residential construction projects. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, understanding project requirements,



preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company policies. The role involves coordinating closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to ensure accurate scoping, timelines, and client communication. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, maintain CRM records, provide regular forecasts and reports, and contribute to marketing initiatives and business development strategies to expand the client base.
Qualifications
Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.
Proficiency in sales planning, negotiation, and closing techniques, including experience managing the full sales cycle.
Ability to understand construction, design, and project specifications, and translate technical details into clear value propositions for clients.
