Role Description The Sales Associate role at Jioworldwide is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers, understand their shipping and moving requirements, and recommend appropriate logistics solutions. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing quotations, explaining service options, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.



The role also involves maintaining accurate records in sales and CRM tools, coordinating with operations and customer service teams, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. The Sales Associate is expected to meet individual and team sales targets while representing Jioworldwide’s service standards in all interactions.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide suitable solutions.
Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in lead generation, closing deals, and working toward defined targets.
Clear verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with confident in-person and phone presentation.
Basic knowledge of logistics or shipping services, or a willingness to quickly learn industry concepts and service offerings.
Comfort with using computers, CRM or sales
