We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operations of a new resort-style hospitality property in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities
The General Manager will take ownership of the complete pre-opening journey, including:
Planning and executing the pre-opening strategy
Recruiting, building and training the hotel team
Developing SOPs, service standards and operational processes
Coordinating with owners, consultants, contractors and vendors
Setting up all operational departments
Preparing the property for soft opening and commercial launch
Developing sales and marketing strategies
Building business through weddings, banquets, events, corporate and leisure segments
Establishing vendor and business partnerships
Managing budgets, cost controls and operational targets
Creating a strong guest experience and service culture
Taking full responsibility for the property's performance after opening
What We’re Looking For
Proven pre-opening experience in a hotel or resort is essential
Strong resort/hospitality operations background
Experience with weddings, banquets, lawns and events will be highly preferred
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Commercially driven with a hands-on approach
Excellent understanding of guest experience and service standards
Ability to work closely with ownership and lead a property independently
Experience: 10+ years in hospitality, with significant experience in a senior leadership/General Manager role.
Compensation: ₹1.20 – ₹1.50 Lakh per month, depending on experience.
