The Services team and solutions fuel growth for partners globally by providing cutting-edge capabilities in the areas of Customer Acquisition and Engagement, Security Solutions, Business and Market Insights, and Open Banking. Mastercard Services' Operational Intelligence (OI) team is expanding its AI platform with Agentic AI and large language model (LLM)–driven autonomous systems,



with a specific focus on transforming financial reconciliation workflows across the payments ecosystem.

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Agentic AI Product Management – Financial Reconciliation to lead the end-to-end product ownership of intelligent, AI-powered reconciliation solutions. This role will bridge deep financial domain knowledge with cutting-edge agentic AI capabilities to design and deliver autonomous reconciliation workflows that reduce manual intervention, improve accuracy, and drive operational efficiency at scale. You will be a key contributor in translating complex financial operations requirements into structured Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), product roadmaps, and execution-ready deliverables for engineering and AI/ML teams.
