Role Description
We are looking for a creative, experienced, and detail-oriented Architect to lead residential projects from initial concept through design development and execution.



The ideal candidate should have strong architectural and technical knowledge, excellent communication and client-handling skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Residential Design & Concept Development: Develop innovative and functional architectural concepts for residential projects based on client requirements, site conditions, budget, and project objectives.
Architectural Drawings & Documentation: Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, layouts, working drawings, and construction documentation using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
Client Coordination: Understand client requirements, present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and maintain effective communication throughout the project.
Consultant & Team Coordination: Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and other consultants to ensure all design elements are properly integrate
