Role Description The Receptionist Cum Telecaller is a full-time remote role responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls and providing a positive first point of contact for patients and clients. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members, scheduling and confirming appointments, and providing basic information about services. The role also involves performing receptionist duties such as maintaining digital records,



handling clerical tasks, and ensuring accurate documentation of patient details. The person in this role will follow professional phone etiquette, respond to customer service requests, and coordinate with physiotherapists and administrative staff to support smooth operations. Consistent, clear communication and a courteous, patient-focused approach are essential.
