Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Indore. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers. Daily tasks include posting job openings, maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and tracking interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.



The role also involves collaborating with business leaders to understand workforce needs, supporting employer branding initiatives, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. The Recruiter will work closely with HR team members to ensure timely onboarding and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
