About the Role

We are looking for a Property Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing relationships with property owners, understanding their requirements, and driving property-related business through effective consultation and sales.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-management skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and build strong relationships with property owners and prospective customers.




Understand property owners' requirements and recommend suitable NoBroker products and services.
Generate business through leads, follow-ups, referrals, and existing customer relationships.
Explain and promote property-related products, subscription plans, and value-added services.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to drive conversions and improve engagement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth property onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate customer and property information in the CRM.
Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations effectively.
Track sales pipeline and consistently achieve assigned revenue and conversion targets.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services.
Stay updated on local property market trends and customer requirements.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and processes.
